When Multiplan, one of the country's largest developers, entrusted us with the Parcão project, the challenge was clear: the shopping mall's inauguration date was sacrosanct. There was no room for delays. However, internally, we were at the most vulnerable moment in our history: newly arrived in Botucatu, with a new team and without a validated large-scale production process. Our artisanal background indicated an installation output of 15 to 20 m² per day. For a 300m² project with a trapezoidal geometry, the math was brutal and didn't add up. We were faced with a choice: fail or innovate under the most intense pressure.
