- To release the requested file and allow commercial follow-up.

- Explicit consent, recorded with the version of the text accepted.

- Same as commercial contact.
Chat assistant
- Data
- messages typed, anonymous browser identifier (non-reversible hash of IP + user agent)
- Purpose
- To answer product questions and limit the number of messages per visitor.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest — operation of the support feature itself.
- Retention
- Duration of the conversation. Retention period under review.
